It has been a while since I have felt like going out on a photoshoot. It’s hard when 1/2 of my photo team is no longer with me. My sister and photo travel partner passed away June 10, 2017.  I am just getting to where I want to venture out with my camera.

I had an eye appointment this afternoon and decided I would stop my the marina at Oak Hollow Lake, High Point, NC. The other day, I stopped by there and saw hundreds of seagulls. The problem then and somewhat now is the fact I have cataracts. They are messing with my vision and at the end of March, I will have cataract surgery. We are hoping my eye sight will improve.

The photographs from today still are not as sharp as I as I need them to be. However, I did get a few fairly good pictures.
